Welcome to Powerful Publications (“Pow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, scheduling tools, publishing features, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using Pow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Pow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, and

• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

Pow provides tools to:

• Schedule social media posts

• Publish content across supported platforms

• Manage multiple accounts

• Collect and display analytics

• Automate posting workflows

Pow is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or any social platform.
Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and API rules.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use Pow’s features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities under your account

• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Pow is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Connecting Social Media Accounts

By connecting your social accounts, you grant Pow permission to:

• Publish content you create or schedule

• Retrieve analytics required for reporting features

• Access metadata and tokens required for posting

Pow never stores your social media passwords.
You may revoke access anytime through the respective social platform settings.

If you revoke API permissions, some Pow features may no longer function.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Pow to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content

• Publish copyrighted material you don’t have rights to

• Violate the terms of any connected social media platform

• Engage in spamming, automation abuse, or bot-like posting

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit Pow

• Upload malicious code (viruses, malware, trojans)

• Interfere with the security or availability of the Service

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Billing

Some Pow features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

6.2 Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

6.3 Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

6.4 Changes to Pricing

Pow may update pricing or subscription plans. You will be notified in advance of material changes.

7. Content Ownership

7.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of:

• Social media posts

• Captions

• Images, videos, and media files

• Data imported into Pow

You grant Pow a limited, revocable license to store, process, and publish your content solely for operating the Service.

7.2 Our Content

All platform designs, code, branding, and features belong to Pow and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.

8. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

Pow interacts with various third-party services, such as:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• X/Twitter

• LinkedIn

• TikTok

• Others as integrated

We are not responsible for:

• API outages

• Policy changes

• Feature limitations

• Posting delays caused by third-party systems

Your use of these platforms remains subject to their own Terms of Service.

9. Service Availability

Pow strives for uninterrupted service but does not guarantee:

• 24/7 uptime

• Error-free operation

• Perfect scheduling or posting execution (as APIs may fail)

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or upgrades.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pow is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or business

• Missed posts or scheduling failures

• API disruptions or platform restrictions

• Damage caused by unauthorized account access

• Data loss, corruption, or downtime

Pow’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the previous 3 months.

11. Termination

Pow may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the Service

• Your subscription lapses (if applicable)

• You engage in abusive or illegal activity

You may terminate your account anytime via settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends

• Scheduled posts may be cancelled

• Your data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, interfaces, and software associated with Pow are our exclusive property.
You may not use or reproduce them without written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective on the date posted.
We will notify users of major updates via email or dashboard notifications.

Continued use of Pow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
